H.E.A.T. during COVID (March-July 2020)

Dear Friends,

The H.E.A.T. Collective and I are in California. As I recovered from Covid, I watched the state get a little lighter and then  a lot deeper into whichever wave this is of the Virus. First? Second? I was sick for many weeks but sadly earned no antibodies. Hmmmm… what does the future hold? Whotfknows? But there has been transformation. And so much great work is happening out there.  And for me- thanks to so many people out there- I have kept my health steady, my spirit working and my humor intact. I am homesick for New York. As soon as I am brave enough to get on a plane I will fly East.  Meanwhile I adopted an abused frightened puppy and she is slowly healing and getting braver and happier along with me.

I am excited about the impending creation of The H.E.A.T. Collective Virtual Space for Performance, Community Building, Coaching, Teaching and Mentoring. Stay tuned. You can reach me now at Jessica.litwak.com for information.

I am thankful for all I have been able to do in this wild, scary, gorgeous and lonesome time. I list some of the things to keep you in the loop of H.E.A.T. Collective activity.

I hope you are each safe and well.

As we  protest injustice and inequality, as we lift and honor Black lives, Native lives and Women’s lives and make Amerika grateful again,

I want you to know
I am here for you. The H.E.A.T. Collective is here. You are part of us already.
Here’s to courageous generosity.

In Solidarity and with Love,

Jessica
